18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance Statement

This statement concerns records required under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.

Platform, not producer

Nylonia (nylonia.co) is operated by Nylonia and is an EU-based platform that hosts content uploaded by its users. With respect to user-generated content, Nylonia acts only as a hosting service provider and is not the "producer" (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)) of any content that users create, upload, or distribute. The obligation to create and maintain §2257 records for such content rests with the respective producers.

Every user and depicted person must be 18+

Nylonia is strictly for adults. Users must be at least 18 years old and may only upload content depicting adults (18 or older) who have consented to the content being created and shared. By uploading content, each user represents and warrants that every person depicted was an adult at the time of creation and consented, and that the user maintains any records required by law in their jurisdiction.

Prohibited content

Content depicting, or appearing to depict, minors is strictly prohibited and will be removed and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant EU authorities, with a zero-tolerance policy. Non-consensual content is likewise prohibited and removed on report.

To report content that may involve a minor, lacks required consent, or otherwise violates this statement or our community rules, contact safety@nylonia.co. We act on such reports promptly.
