Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nylonia (the "Service") at nylonia.co, operated by Nylonia ("we", "us", "our") from the European Union (Croatia). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. You must be 18 or older

Nylonia is an adult (18+) platform and contains adult, sexually-themed content. You may only use the Service if you are at least 18 years old and at or above the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We use age-assurance measures and may require you to verify your age for full access; providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may be unlawful.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Enable the security features we offer (such as two-factor authentication). Notify us at safety@nylonia.co if you suspect unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person may not maintain accounts to evade a ban.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• upload, share, or solicit any content involving minors, or anyone who appears to be a minor — this results in an immediate permanent ban and a report to the relevant authorities;
• post non-consensual content, including intimate images shared without the consent of every person depicted, "revenge" content, hidden-camera material, or anyone's private information (doxxing);
• impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, or post content you do not have the rights to share;
• harass, threaten, stalk, or send unsolicited explicit messages to other users;
• post content that is illegal, promotes violence or hatred, or that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest content or personal data, use bots, or circumvent our security, rate limits, or age gates;
• run scams, spam, or commercial activity we have not authorized.

4. Your content and the licence you grant

You keep ownership of the content you post ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for it and represent that you have all rights and consents needed to post it, including the consent of every identifiable person depicted. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for formatting and delivery), and display your User Content solely to operate, secure, and promote the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained for legal, safety, or backup purposes, and for content others have re-shared within the Service.

5. Consent and depicted persons

You may only publish media of other people who are adults and who have consented to that media being posted here. We may ask you to evidence age and consent for depicted persons. Anyone depicted in content without consent, and any person whose intimate content appears without their permission, may request removal at safety@nylonia.co; we prioritise these requests.

6. Moderation and reporting

We may review, remove, or restrict content and accounts that break these Terms or the law, with or without notice. You can report content or users from any post or profile, or by emailing safety@nylonia.co. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material and non-consensual content and report it to the authorities. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so.

7. Supporter features and payments

Some features may be offered on a paid or "supporter" basis. Where payments apply, they are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms; we do not store full payment-card details. Prices, taxes, and any refund rights will be described at the point of purchase. Creators offering paid tiers must deliver what they promise and comply with these Terms and applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The Service itself — its software, design, branding, and the Nylonia name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in it other than to use the Service as permitted. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA & Takedowns policy.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create legal risk, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (licences for retained copies, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, and governing law) will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that User Content is accurate, lawful, or consensual. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Croatia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
