Nylonia respects intellectual-property rights and the rights of people depicted in content. This page explains how to ask us to remove content: copyright complaints, and urgent removals such as non-consensual intimate imagery.
1. Report copyright infringement
If you own (or represent the owner of) a copyrighted work that appears on Nylonia without authorization, send a notice to dmca@nylonia.co including:
- your name, address, and contact details;
- identification of the copyrighted work (or a representative list);
- the URL(s) or enough detail for us to locate the allegedly infringing material on the Service;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to the material where appropriate, and we may notify the user who posted it.
2. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@nylonia.co including: your contact details; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error; and your signature. We may restore the content unless the complainant pursues the matter legally.
3. Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual-property rights of others.
4. Non-consensual and intimate content
Separate from copyright, if intimate or sexual content of you has been posted without your consent, or if you are depicted in content you did not agree to appear in, contact safety@nylonia.co immediately. We treat these reports as urgent, remove verified content quickly, and act against the accounts responsible. You do not need to own the copyright to request this removal.
5. Other jurisdictions
Although this process references the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act for familiarity, we are an EU-based service and also act on valid notices under EU law, including the Digital Services Act and applicable national law. We handle notices in good faith regardless of where you are located.
6. Misuse
Submitting false or abusive notices may make you liable for damages. Please only report content you genuinely believe infringes your rights or was posted without the required consent.
